The start of a new world

So, as I am new to OU and learning online, and in fact haven't been involved in any kind of formal learning for 15 years this is all quite daunting.

So I have decided to use my blog as a way to talk about all of these things, so that I can start to chart the comments I make and get my brain in gear!

I started on Saturday trying to familiarise myself with the site and doing introductions. Working at the weekend is both a blessing and a curse. It does mean that for the next few weeks I am off on a Monday and Tuesday and so can spend some concentrated time on this.
It seems that many of the people also doing H807 have been involved in other modules. This is both exciting and daunting. It means that I have to engage my brain quickly and process the information that some people already have.

I have decided to approach the task in the broadest sense. As I need to learn about even the simple things the quiz asks, I need to adapt quickly
